Alexander Wøien Appointed Country Manager of Fidelix Norway

Fidelix has strengthened its operations in the Norwegian market with the appointment of Alexander Wøien as Country Manager of Fidelix Norway. The appointment took effect in February 2026 and marks an important step in the company’s growth strategy in Norway.

Strengthening Fidelix’s Operations in Norway

The newly established role of Country Manager is designed to unify and further develop Fidelix’s operations in Norway. In his role, Wøien is responsible for steering the sales of Fidelix’s services and products, developing local operations, and building effective collaboration models with Norwegian Assemblin Caverion units. The objective is to accelerate business development and strengthen Fidelix’s position in the Norwegian market through closer cooperation with both internal and external customers.

Alexander Wøien (35) is a driven sales professional with more than 15 years of experience in building and developing sales organizations. He has extensive experience from SaaS companies, as well as relevant real estate expertise gained during his three years at one of Norway’s leading proptech companies, Marketer Real Estate Technologies. Known for his strong leadership and sales skills, and a solid track record of building long-term customer relationships, Wøien brings valuable commercial competence to the role.

As Country Manager, Wøien is responsible for Fidelix’s business operations in Norway and their long-term development. His responsibilities include ensuring profitable growth, maintaining a strong customer focus, and fostering close cooperation with Fidelix organizations in other countries as part of the Nordic collaboration.

“The first months I have focused on getting to know the people and the operating environment. I have gained a comprehensive view of Division Fidelix’s services and expertise, and we have already begun building common operating models and processes in Norway. This provides a strong foundation for moving forward together,” says Wøien.
