Fidelix has signed an agreement to acquire Homeys SAS, a French SaaS company specializing in energy management. Homeys has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 13 million (EUR 1,2 million) and employs eight people.

Fidelix, a division focused on building energy and management systems within the Assemblin Caverion Group, ended 2025 by acquiring French energy data analytics company Homeys on the 31th of December. Homeys, headquartered in Paris, was founded in 2018 and provides a data-driven software solution designed to analyse, and improve buildings’ energy performance. The platform collects and aggregates significant volumes of data from multiple sources like electricity and gas meters, IoT devices, and open data sources. The solution is currently used by approximately 200 clients across France, including energy service providers, social housing operators, real estate portfolio managers, engineering companies, energy brokers, and software vendors.
"Fidelix is already active in various European markets, including France, where we see substantial growth potential. The Homeys team, their advanced energy management platform, and strong customer base create an excellent foundation for continued expansion and value creation for both companies. I am delighted to welcome the Homeys team on the Fidelix journey as we work towards becoming a European champion in data-driven energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprints in buildings", says Tero Kosunen, CEO, Fidelix, and EVP.
"We are excited and strongly committed to continue to develop Homeys by leveraging the power of data analytics to deliver sustainable energy savings as part of Fidelix. We have a great cultural fit and share the passion for creating smart solutions that future-proof the built environment. Together, we stand stronger and can broaden our offering for the benefit of our customers, supporting them to navigate the regulatory environment and deliver their decarbonation roadmap ", comments Henri de Noblens and Mathieu Anderhalt, founders of Homeys, who will both continue in the company.
