Tomas Fränden Values ENG

This article is part of a series focused on our value work, through which we are introducing the shared values of the ACG to Division Fidelix. During the year, we will explore these values more deeply through culture workshops, focusing on how values are reflected in our daily work and everyday actions.

We Lead. We Deliver. We Care.

In this article, Tomas Frändén, CEO of Fidelix Sweden and Larmia, shares how collaboration, trust, and responsibility shape our culture—and how these values translate into real results for customers and teams. You’ll also discover lessons learned from leading through change and examples of strategic projects that showcase our approach.

Over the past year, LARMIX has undergone an exciting transformation that we call collaboration for real. By “for real,” we mean genuine cooperation within our Fidelix and ACG division—partnerships that create true value and have a direct impact on our growth journey.

We lead by taking initiative, supporting each other, and building trust—regardless of role or title. This isn’t just a slogan; it’s how we work every day. When a new customer comes in through sales, collaboration starts immediately. Sales, training, and support teams work hand in hand to ensure the customer feels confident using our systems. Weekly meetings help us share what’s top of mind and solve challenges before they become problems. Even small actions—like asking how someone is doing—make a big difference. They create connection and prevent issues before they escalate. That’s why Tomas values in-person work—it strengthens relationships and makes collaboration more natural and effective.

Freedom and responsibility go hand in hand in our culture. Through open dialogue, clear goals, and respect for individual working styles, we’ve built an environment where everyone takes ownership and contributes to the bigger picture. This means we don’t just get things done—we do them smarter, faster, and more sustainably. A great example is our collaboration with AMF Fastigheter and the development of the Marievik district in Stockholm. Close cooperation with the end customer and our dedicated partners led to our EVO-BAS system being strongly specified in this exciting urban development project. The focus? Energy efficiency and indoor climate. Customers appreciate that our system is open and professional—they own their code, it’s easy to use, and reporting is straightforward.

Change is never easy. Many people feel uncertain—and that’s normal. We’ve learned that the best way to lead through change is to be present and connected. Explain why the change is needed, show how it will make us stronger, and make sure no one feels left behind. One thing is clear when leading change - you can’t lead from a distance. You need to be with your crew—committed and connected.
