In this article, CFO Eva Luttinen shares how the value “we care” is reflected in our ways of working through collaboration and constructive interaction – and how these are seen in practice in our daily work.

At Fidelix, collaboration is not just a way of working – it’s part of our culture. It’s built by each of us through everyday actions, listening, and respectful communication – with colleagues, partners, and customers.

At its best, collaboration is smooth and straightforward. When things are addressed as they are and the environment is psychologically safe, everyone dares to participate and contribute to the shared goals. It’s in this kind of atmosphere that trust and genuine motivation to move things forward together are born.

Good collaboration doesn’t happen on its own. Building it takes time and structure – such as regular meetings where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and seen. It’s important to recognize each person’s unique areas of expertise and strengths, and to make the best use of them.

Alongside collaboration, there is always a business perspective. Profitability is essential for us to be able to develop and invest in our operations. This requires ongoing reflection on what we do, what we choose not to do, and how these decisions impact the future.

In making these decisions, one of our employee value proposition comes to life: “We make bold moves and stand tall behind our decisions.” We want to maintain boldness in our operations – we dare to think long-term and make difficult decisions when needed to ensure future success. Even though change can feel daunting, it also makes our work in support functions interesting and meaningful.
