In this article, Chief Supply Chain Officer Johan Kurka shares how the value "we deliver" is reflected in everyday work and collaboration at the divisional level.
Johan carries out supply chain projects, business application projects, and quality projects together with his division team for all companies belonging to the Fidelix division. These projects are not directly customer-facing; instead, they focus on developing solutions with internal partners. Each assignment requires careful preparation, proper resourcing, and continuous dialogue – but above all, the ability to get things done.
The team emphasizes an inclusive way of working: discussions are held, opinions are sought, and decisions are made together. Before launching a project, it is ensured that all parties involved understand the goals and are committed to the shared effort. Transparency and trust are built through open communication. The team’s tools and projects are visible to everyone in Teams – including the division companies. Every project begins with questions, not ready-made solutions. Together, it´s determined what should be done and on what timeline.
The team strongly believes in learning through practice. Although tasks are scheduled in advance, there is room for individuality and personal working styles in execution. Regular meetings and shared structures bring clarity and continuity to daily work. In recruitment, cultural fit is emphasized: the ability to operate in different environments and companies, and in different languages. Collaboration skills and an open attitude are key.
Profitability is part of the team’s everyday life. New tools and processes are not just technical solutions – they improve efficiency and enable sustainable growth. Projects are carried out to make things smarter, faster, and more responsibly.
